About Brooke.
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland. I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, addiction, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem concerns.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Joseph’s University.
Before becoming a counselor, I worked as a middle and high school teacher supporting students with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. That experience deepened my understanding of the emotional and psychological complexities that often arise during periods of change—especially in adulthood.
I use an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Strengths-Based practices. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences, building insight, and making meaningful progress toward their goals.
My clinical interests include identity development, emotional regulation, career stress, and relational dynamics.
